Strategy only matters when teams execute. I set direction across complex portfolios, but stay close to the work of actually shipping products, building teams with clear ownership, and making decisions that hold up in real workflows.

I still build. I create side projects in SwiftUI and Next.js for the same reason I love product work - learning by creating.
